I want to return a purchase
If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
- Let me know about the return. Email kaldun@kaldun.plto say that you wish to withdraw from the contract. Include details that will help me find the purchase, such as your order number, and list the products you are returning.
- Prepare your parcel. Pack the product securely and include your order number or other details identifying the purchase.
- Send the goods back within the following 14 days after notifying me that you are withdrawing from the contract. The InPost parcel locker details are below. You can use them without waiting for me to acknowledge your notice.

Use this phone number when filling in the shipping details. For questions about orders, please contact me by email. Select delivery to InPost parcel locker MAR12M; the locker’s location is not a delivery address for a standard courier.
The buyer pays the return shipping cost. I do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. If you need another way to return your items, email kaldun@kaldun.pl.
When will you receive your refund?
Your payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. I may withhold the refund until I receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. If you return the whole order, the refund also includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the store. The refund will use the same payment method unless we agree otherwise, at no extra charge.
I want to exchange a size
Email kaldun@kaldun.pl. Include your order number, the product name and the size you would like. We’ll confirm availability and arrange the exchange and shipping. For size exchanges, I accept clothing with no signs of wear.
I have a problem with a product
The easiest way to report a product issue is to email kaldun@kaldun.pl. Describe the problem and your preferred solution. Your order number and photos may help me look into it.
I will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. The seller is liable for a product’s lack of conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract under the applicable law. The seller covers the costs associated with an accepted complaint.
If the product needs to be sent back, we will arrange how to return it.
