Usual time before dispatch
2–7 business days
This covers preparing your order and handing the parcel to the carrier. Please allow additional time for delivery.
When processing takes more than 7 days
During busy periods, preparing your parcel may take longer. The terms and conditions allow up to 14 business days.
During promotions, this may take longer. I do my best to keep it within 30 business days.
Processing time starts when payment is received or, for card payments, when the payment is successfully authorized.
Every print passes through my hands
I personally position and apply every print to each T-shirt or sweatshirt. Then I pack the order and get the parcel ready for dispatch. In between, I also run the social media page and reply to your messages.
When order volumes are high, preparing your parcel may take longer. Every item needs the same amount of work and attention from me.
How is your parcel delivered?
Within Poland
InPost parcel lockers or courier delivery. You can choose from the available options at checkout.
International shipping
FedEx delivers to supported countries. Select your country at checkout to see whether delivery is available.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery time depends on the service and destination country. In-person pickup is not available.
